🛍️ ORDERING & CUSTOM DESIGNS

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty. Whether you have a specific idea in mind or need help bringing a vision to life, we'll work with you every step of the way.
How it works:
  1. Share your idea (text, graphics, colors, vibe)
  2. We create 3 free mockup options
  3. You approve or request changes
  4. We produce and ship
Pricing: Most custom t-shirts start at $25. Sweatshirts and hoodies start at $39.99. We'll give you an exact quote based on your design.
Design fees: Free mockups! If you need a completely original design created from scratch, there's a one-time $15-20 design fee.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Nope! We don't have minimums. Whether you need 1 shirt or 100, we've got you covered.
Team/bulk orders: Orders of 10+ shirts get a discount. Contact us for a custom quote!

Can I see a mockup before I order?

Yes! For custom orders, we provide 3 mockup options for free. You'll approve the design before we produce anything.

What if I don't like the design?

We'll keep refining until you love it. Your satisfaction is our priority.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order?

Custom orders (made in our Houston studio):
  • Design & approval: 1-3 days
  • Production: 3 days to 2 weeks (we'll give you an exact timeline)
  • Shipping: 3-7 business days
Pre-made collections (from our online shop):
  • Production: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping: 3-7 business days
Total: Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States.
Local to Houston? We often deliver large orders personally. Reach out and we'll see what we can do!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Let us know your deadline upfront! We'll do everything we can to make it happen. For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
🎄 Christmas orders: Order by November 20th for guaranteed delivery before Christmas!

👕 PRODUCTS & SIZING

What brands do you use?

T-shirts: Bella Canvas (99.9% of the time) unless you request something different. Soft, lightweight, durable, and holds up wash after wash.
Sweatshirts & Hoodies: Gildan Softstyle or lightweight cotton. Comfortable, cozy, and built to last.

What sizes do you offer?

Most of our products are available in XS - 3XL.
Sizing note: Sizes 2XL and up are $5 extra due to material costs.

How do I know what size to order?

Check the size chart on each product page! We include measurements for chest width and length.

Are your shirts unisex?

Yes! Most of our apparel is unisex sizing. We can also source women's fitted styles for custom orders—just ask!

🎨 PRINTING & QUALITY

What printing method do you use?

We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing for vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't crack, fade, or peel.
Why DTF?
  • Soft feel (no stiff, plasticky texture)
  • Bright, bold colors
  • Durable and wash-safe
  • Works on any fabric color

Will the design fade or crack?

Not if you care for it properly! Our DTF prints are designed to last.
Care instructions:
  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener
  • Don't iron directly on the design
Follow these steps and your shirt will look great for years.

Do you guarantee your quality?

100%. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.

💳 PAYMENT & PRICING

What payment methods do you accept?

On our website: All major credit/debit cards via Shopify's secure checkout.
For custom orders: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle (for local/direct orders).

Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

Yes! Orders of 10+ shirts receive a discount. Contact us at DesignsLeoragi@gmail.com for a custom quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

For large team or bulk orders, we can work with you. Reach out and let's talk!

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

Custom orders: Since they're made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale. We'll work with you during the design process to make sure you love it before we produce it.
Pre-made items: If there's a defect or issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right (replacement or refund).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at DesignsLeoragi@gmail.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

For pre-made items, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you exchange it (you cover return shipping).
For custom orders, double-check your size before approving the design!

Can I visit your studio?

We're a home-based studio in Houston, so we don't have a storefront. But for large custom orders or local pickups, we can arrange something! Just reach out.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.
Want to include a note? Email us after ordering and we'll include a handwritten message.
