🎨 How Custom Orders Work
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Tell us what you're imagining! You can:
- Describe your idea in words
- Send us inspiration images
- Share logos, text, or graphics
- Tell us the vibe you're going for
Don't have a fully formed idea? No problem! We'll help you figure it out.
Step 2: We Create 3 Free Mockups
Based on your vision, we'll design 3 different mockup options for you to choose from.
No design fees. These mockups are completely free.
Need something created from scratch? If you need a completely original design (not based on existing graphics or ideas), there's a one-time $15-20 design fee.
Step 3: You Approve (or We Refine)
Love one of the designs? We'll move forward!
Want changes? We'll refine it until it's exactly what you want.
Typical revision time: 1-2 days
Step 4: We Produce Your Order
Once you approve the design, we get to work!
Production time: 3 days to 2 weeks (we'll give you an exact timeline based on your order size)
All custom orders are made right here in our Houston studio.
Step 5: You Receive & Love It
We ship your order or arrange local delivery (for large orders in Houston).
Shipping time: 3-7 business days
Quality guaranteed. If there's an issue, we'll make it right.
💰 Custom Order Pricing
We believe in transparent pricing. Here's what you can expect:
T-Shirts
- $25 - One large print (front OR back)
- $30 - One large print + small chest logo
- $35 - Two large prints (front AND back)
- Sizes 2XL and up: +$5
Sweatshirts & Hoodies
- Starting at $39.99 for one large print
- $45 - One large print + small chest logo
- $50 - Two large prints (front AND back)
- Premium materials (Gildan Soft style or lightweight cotton)
- Sizes 2XL and up: +$5
Bulk/Team Orders (11+ items)
Volume discount: $2 off per item for orders of 11 or more
Custom names/numbers: +$5 per item

Do I need to have a design ready?
Nope! You can come to us with just an idea, and we'll create the design for you. Free mockups included.
Can I use my own logo or graphics?
Absolutely! Send us your files and we'll incorporate them into the design.
What file formats do you need?
High-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, or vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) work best. But don't worry—if you don't have the "right" format, we'll make it work!
Can I see samples before I order?
For custom orders, we provide digital mockups. For large orders (50+ items), we can discuss producing a sample first.
What if I don't like the mockups?
We'll keep refining until you love it! Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States. Local to Houston? We often deliver large orders personally.
