At Leoragi Designs, we're committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel and ensuring you're completely satisfied with your order. Please review our shipping and returns policy below.
📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Pre-Made Items (from our online shop):
- Processing time: 3-8 business days
- Shipping time: 3-7 business days
- Total: Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks
Custom Orders (made in our Houston studio):
- Design & approval: 1-3 days

Production time:
- Single shirt: 2-3 days after design approval
- Bulk orders (10+ items): 1-3 weeks depending on quantity
- Shipping time: 3-7 business days
We'll give you an exact timeline when you place your order!
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders.
Tracking information is available upon request. Just reach out and we'll provide your tracking number!
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local to Houston? For large custom orders, we often deliver personally! Contact us to arrange local pickup or delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic shipping (United States):
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after your order ships
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order must be produced before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
Pre-made items: Contact us immediately at DesignsLeoragi@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
Custom orders: Contact us right away. We'll investigate with USPS and work to make it right—whether that's a replacement or refund.
We've got your back! While we can't control the carrier, we'll do everything we can to resolve shipping issues quickly.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Pre-Made Items
We do not accept returns on pre-made items due to the custom nature of our products.
HOWEVER: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right!
What we'll do:
- Send you a replacement item at no cost
- OR issue a full refund if you prefer
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you based on your approved design.
HOWEVER: If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved design, we'll fix it!
What we'll do:
- Produce and send a replacement item at no cost
- OR issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
This is why we provide mockups and require your approval before production!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:
Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (item, print, packaging if damaged)
- Description of the problem
Step 3: We'll review and respond within 24 hours with a solution:
- Replacement: We'll produce and ship a new item (most common)
- Refund: We'll issue a full refund if you prefer
You do NOT need to return the defective item to us.
Wrong Size Ordered?
If you ordered the wrong size:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for sizing errors on your part.
Please double-check our size charts before ordering! Each product page includes detailed measurements.

Return Shipping
If a return is required (rare, but possible in certain situations), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or our error.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. We use premium materials (Bella Canvas, Gildan Soft style) and high-quality DTF printing to ensure your apparel looks great and lasts.
To date, we've had zero issues with our orders—and we plan to keep it that way!
If something's not right, we'll make it right. Period.

To keep your apparel looking great:
- Wash inside out in cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach and fabric softener
- Don't iron directly on the design
